Good morning from Spain! It´s very nice your progress, I build the same but I rebuilding and modification the diferents parts because are not correct and I think use the Leo 2 part for wheels and sproket wheel whit modified and the swichs arms and suspension of Leo 1 but the sproket wheel of PzH 2000 are 12 ties not 11 as in Leo 2.The track for Leo 2 are Dielh DST 570F/FT/Z in PzH2000 are Dielh DST 840 E0.These are the pages http://www.diehl-remscheid.com/index.php?id=2245 there are PzH2000 and them of Leo 2 http://www.diehl-remscheid.com/index.php?id=2249.My thought are modified the track of Leo 1 (new of tamiya but are of plastic) or use the track of Marder by Peter Muller.

Hello to Spain,
I just heard that you are building the new chassis with the original positions of the suspension houses. Before I did not really recognized, that especially the last suspension arm position is wrong in this model.
I think I'm going to change it, too. Do you have posted an cnstruction report in the internet? I only have one plan with these postitions.
The track: I'm going to use a modified track of the Tamiya Leopard2. But I will diminish them to the wide of the Leopard 1 Track. I will post some pictures about this.
Regards
kevin

Hey,
thank you very much for your pictures.
Afer my tests next week I hope I can work a litte bit.
It seems relatively easy to change the two positions von each side.
But maybe there is a problem fixing the torrision ends in the 2mm polystyrol strips, because these 2mm seems very slim. So I think there must be any other solution.
But I'll try it and post some pictures.
Regards
kevin
