I got my first look at the new Armortek 1/6th scale all metal M4 A3 Sherman over the weekend and I have to say it looks good, I quite fancy getting myself one. The quality of the running gear is top notch and it certainly makes for a good adversary for their earlier release of the Tiger I. The main hull is steel and aluminium, the turret and mantlet is cast aluminium, see photo's below:
I'm glad to see the hobby is going from strength to strength,

although I´m more a fan of the post war tanks I must admit that this is great work

Hi guys,
The Sherman is actually a new kit available to purchase from Armortek here in the UK follow the link to Armortek they are taking orders now. The photo's were taken at the War & Peace show here in the UK at a place called Beltring, photo's can be found at the following link War & Peace 2005 it's a huge Military show held every year, it's a very impressive event for any Military vehicle fan.
You can see below a few sample shots of some of the vehicles that attended the show:
